Tear Stains Don’t Wash Off.
They Rust On.
You wipe once, not three times a day. The morning gunk stops re-forming by lunchtime
Her face goes back to being her face. New fur comes in clean while the stained fur grows out
Wet enough to get into the fold. A dry wipe skates over the crease where the residue actually sits
Textured, so it lifts instead of smears. The buildup comes away on the pad, and you can see it
Made for the faces that stain: Maltese, Bichon, Shih Tzu, Havanese, toy Poodle, French Bulldog, Pug, Boston Terrier, Cavalier, and for Persian, Himalayan and Exotic Shorthair cats.
Daily use acts on the residue sitting on the fur right now, before it dries in. That is the part you control, and it is the only part a wipe can reach. The full sequence is here.
What this will not do: it will not lift a stain that has already dried into the hair. Nothing applied to the outside of the coat will. That pigment is inside the hair shaft, not sitting on it. Any product promising otherwise is promising something it cannot deliver.
Each pad comes away carrying the buildup it lifted, so you can see it on the pad, rather than smeared further into the coat.

Before you buy anything, including this
A watery eye is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Usually it is ordinary tear staining. Sometimes it is not, and no wipe fixes the ones that are not.
Ordinary tear staining
Pale pink to rust-brown, both eyes, no smell, and your pet is otherwise well. That is porphyrin drying into the coat, and a daily routine is the right answer.
Yeast, a different problem
Brown, greasy, and it smells, usually on paws and lip folds rather than the eye. Everyone calls all staining yeast. This is the one that actually is, and it needs a vet.
See a vet this week
One eye instead of both. Red, swollen or held shut. Green or yellow discharge. A sudden change. Any of those can mean a blocked duct, an inward-turning lid, a lash growing inward, even an abscessed tooth root. Some of these cost vision.
We would rather lose the sale than have you wipe at something that needs treating. A vet can check the duct in ten minutes with a dye that should come through at the nostril. Ask for a fluorescein test.
Four reasons not to buy this
You have been burned enough times to deserve these up front instead of finding them out in week three.
You want the stain gone this month
It will not be. The crust is the part the routine acts on first. The color already in the hair grows out over months, and a groomer trimming it is what actually speeds that up, not us. If you need a fast visual fix for a show or a photo, book the groomer, not this.
You are not going to do it daily
Be honest with yourself, because we would rather you kept your money. Every other day is worth doing. Twice a week is not, and buying it and then not using it is how you end up with a fifth dead jar and one more reason to believe nothing works.
Your pet genuinely will not be touched
There is no fragrance and no sting, which removes most of the reason a pet fights a wipe. That is not a guarantee it will work for yours. If yours has a real handling problem near the face, that is a training and vet conversation first, and no pad solves it.
Warm water is already working for you
Then keep doing it. If a damp cloth every morning is holding your dog’s face where you want it, you do not have the problem this was built for, and we are not going to invent one for you. The difference here is texture, and texture only matters once smooth stopped being enough.
If none of those four is you, the rest of this page is worth your time.
“Why should I believe you? Every other brand said the same thing.”
You should not, on the strength of a page. So here is what you can check instead of trusting us.
We tell you what we cannot do, above the fold, before we ask you for anything. Every product on your shelf promised removal. The reviews on all of them describe fading at best.
There is no doctor here you cannot look up. No vet endorses this product anywhere on this page, because none has. The one veterinarian quoted is quoted about antibiotics in general, and we say so underneath his name.
There is no star rating and no review count, because we cannot export one from a real platform yet. When we can, the one-star reviews stay in.
We tell you to see a vet before buying this, and we mean it, including the name of the test to ask for.
And the timeline is falsifiable inside ten days. If the morning crust has not eased by then, you know, and you email us. That is the whole arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
Watch the count, not the color. The first thing that should move is how many times a day you go back to her: what you did in the morning holding into the afternoon, so the midday wipe stops being the one doing the work. The color in the fur is a separate and much slower clock. Results vary by pet, by coat, and by how consistently it is actually done. The full sequence is above.
The formula is pH-balanced, fragrance-free and alcohol-free, with aloe vera and chamomile to soothe the skin, and no antibiotics, peroxide or bleach. Wipe the fur and skin around the eye, not the eye itself. If the eye is red, swollen, held shut or producing green or yellow discharge, that needs a vet rather than a wipe. Persistent watering can point to a blocked tear duct, an inward-turning lid or an irritated cornea, and those are worth ruling out.
No. Once pigment has dried into the hair it is inside the hair shaft, and no wipe lifts it back out, ours included. Daily use stops new staining forming, so the stained fur grows out and clean fur replaces it. On a small dog that is months, and a groomer trimming it is what actually speeds it up. If you have inherited a badly stained rescue, plan in months and judge us on whether the new growth comes in clean.
Once a day, one pad per eye, wiping from the inner corner outward. Never reuse a pad between eyes. Daily is not a suggestion here, it is the entire mechanism: you are removing each day’s residue inside the window where it still lifts. Twice a day is fine in allergy season or with heavy discharge, but doing it every day beats doing it thoroughly twice a week.
Each jar holds 120 pads. At one pad per eye once daily, that is 60 days for one dog. Two jars is four months, three jars is six. If you have two pets, or you are still wiping twice a day through allergy season, halve those numbers. Routine Care refills when the kit you bought runs out, so every 60 days on the 1 jar, 120 on the 2 jar and 180 on the 3 jar. If you have two pets or you are still wiping twice a day through allergy season you will run ahead of that, so pull a delivery forward, skip one, or push the date back from any order email in two clicks. We would rather you skipped than stockpiled.
Almost certainly, if you stop. Tear staining starts with tears sitting on the fur, and the residue darkens as it dries. Nothing in a jar changes why your dog produces tears, usually facial shape or breed. So this is maintenance, not a cure: keep the daily routine and new staining stays off; stop, and it gradually builds again. Think of it the way you think about brushing teeth.
Two differences that matter. Baby wipes are smooth, so they slide over the buildup and push it around the fold rather than carrying it off. And they are built for skin, not for the eye area, so most carry fragrance, lotions or preservatives that sting somewhere this sensitive. Featherwipes are textured so the residue comes away on the pad, and fragrance-free, alcohol-free and pH-balanced so your dog has no reason to fight you about it.
Yes, and cats are half the reason the formula is fragrance-free. Persians, Exotic Shorthairs and Himalayans get the same rust-colored staining for the same reason, and their flatter faces make the fold harder to keep dry. Same technique: one pad per eye, inner corner outward. Cats tend to object to scent long before they object to being handled, which is why there is none in here.
This is the most common reason people give up, so it is worth being practical about. Let them sniff the pad first. Work from behind or beside the head rather than coming at their face straight on, which reads as a threat to most dogs. One eye, stop, treat, then the other. Keep the whole thing under thirty seconds even if you only get one eye done on day one. Pets generally object to scent and stinging long before they object to being handled, and there is neither in here, which gives yours a lot less to fight about. If yours has a real handling problem near the face, that is a training and vet conversation first.
No. Wipe the fur and skin around the eye, throw the pad away, and you are finished. Nothing needs rinsing off and nothing is left sitting wet in the fold.
The USA. It leaves our warehouse within one business day and USPS takes 2–5 business days to most states, 1–3 on priority. Shipping is free on the 2 and 3 jar kits and $6.95 on a single jar. You are charged in US dollars by a US business, so there is no foreign transaction fee, no customs, and nothing sitting in an international sorting facility for a week. If you ever need to return something it goes to a US address, not overseas.
From the link at the bottom of any order or shipping email, in two clicks, with no phone call and nobody trying to talk you out of it. You can also skip a single shipment or change the date the same way. Routine Care bills each time a refill ships, which is every 60 days on the 1-jar kit, every 120 on the 2-jar and every 180 on the 3-jar, at the price you saw when you ordered, and we email you before each one so a charge never turns up unannounced. If you want the discount without the commitment, take the 2 or 3 jar kit as a one-time order instead: the per-jar price is close and there is nothing to cancel.
Email us within 100 days of it arriving and we refund what you paid for that order. No photo, no form, no order number you have to dig out. You keep the jars. It is 100 days rather than 30 because the slow part, clean fur growing in, takes months, and a 30-day guarantee would expire before the thing it guarantees could happen.
This is the fair question to ask, because it is the most common complaint against jarred pads generally, and it is almost always the same cause: a lid left off or not pressed shut. Every pad sits in the same solution, so a jar that is closed properly keeps the last pad as wet as the first. Press the lid down until it seats, and store it out of direct sun. If a jar ever reaches you dry, tell us and we will replace it, guarantee or no guarantee.
One wipe a morning. That is the whole ask.
You have already spent years and a shelf of dead product on this. What is left to try is the smallest thing in the cupboard: one pad, one eye, once a day, on today’s gunk while it is still wet.
It will not lift what has already dried in. Nothing will. It is aimed at the part that is still moving.
